Apparently Boys like Black and Flames. http://fuzzysoakers.com/site/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=18&products_id=135 These Soakers look like a poodle in mid-seizure, yet this is the only listing in "Boys favorites" on this website. I showed these to Stitch.
"Look at these Soakers."
He made a face.
"Would you want a pair of these?"
He shook his head "no" so fast he nearly lost his Oreo.
Dear Figure Skating; Please stop treating boys as color impaired girls. Thank you.
umm wow, that's horrible. I am sure you could easily make Stitch a much cooler pair of soakers.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to, his current soakers have been demolished. I don't know what it is with him and his feet...
ReplyDeleteOn Friday I bought JoyBoy 1/2 price soakers at Rainbo. Super-cool alien pattern.
ReplyDeleteBeth- Nora wants those alien soakers so bad. Maybe she's a boy? (Personally, I think the terry ones with the grosgrain bottoms are the way to go. They don't get wrecked if you walk around in them, and they're way cheaper.)
ReplyDeleteXan, that's what Stitch has. Deeee-molished. I'm thinking terry-lined heavy duty cotton canvas, with a cement overlayer.
ReplyDeleteSM, that's your next million! Heavy-duty walkable canvas, terry inside. Seriously, design, market, profit! Genius
ReplyDeleteCrap, I just got back from Vogue and forgot to check remnants for terry and canvas. I have a pattern in my head, let me get to know Johnny a little better and I'll try it.
ReplyDeleteYou might have to do what I do: walk around in hard guards and only use the soakers for boot storage. I rarely walk around in soakers.
ReplyDeleteBTW, those have got to be the UGLIEST soakers I have ever seen!!
I found some canvas and red thick cotton, I have an idea for a spin off of the Bunny Soaker... Mwuahahaha!
